扭辫法对糠酸聚合反应机理的研究

摘    要:应用扭辫分析法(TBA)及IR谱的解析,研究了糠酸在浓硫酸催化下的开环聚合反应机理,探讨了催化剂用量及温度等对聚合反应的影响。结果表明,在浓硫酸存在下,随着温度的升高,糠酸的聚合反应历程为分段的逐步聚合过程;糠酸在210℃以后方可聚合完全;糠酸树脂在350℃以下耐热性良好。

Abstract:The reaction mechanism of polymerization of 2-furoic acid in the presence of concentrated sulfuric acid has been studied by means of TEA and IR. The influence of the quantity of catalyst and temperature of reaction on polymerizadon of furoic acid was invesitigated. The results indicate that the mechanism of polymerization of furoic acid is a stepwise polymerization process, as the temperature was raised. It was polymerized completely above 210℃, and the poly-condensate obtained possessed good thermal stability up to 350℃.
