摘    要:以中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪为材料,通过核异常测试法,研究了Zn^2+、Cu^2+和Cd^2+3种重金属离子对其红细胞核异常的诱导.结果表明:经Zn^2+或Cu^2+处理后,红细胞核异常细胞率随着重金属离子浓度的增大而升高,同时随着染毒时间的延长而升高,存在明显的剂量和时间效应.经Cd^2+处理后,红细胞核异常细胞率随着重金属离子浓度的增大呈先升高后降低的趋势,同时随着染毒时间的延长变化不明显,无时间效应.

Abstract:Using nuclear anomaly test (NAT), the experiment studies the inductive effect of three heavy metal ions to nuclear anomalies in erythrocyte ofBufo bufo gargarizans tadpole. Based on the results, the conclusions may be drawn as follows: After being processed with Zn^2+ or Cu^2+, the frequency of nuclear anomalies increases along with both the increase of the concentration of heavy metal ion and the extension of the processing time. In contrast, with Cd^2+ used instead, the frequency of nuclear anomalies increases at first then followed by decreasing along with the increase of the concentration of heavy metal ion. It is also found that the frequency is not largely related to the prolongation of the processing time, that is, it does not have apparent time-effect.
