茶叶中氟的测定条件的探讨

摘    要:摘要:考察现有氟离子的测定方法,探讨用氟离子选择性电极法测定茶叶中的氟的条件.除了电极测定条件外,茶叶样品的浸提处理对测定的准确度有很大影响.从缓冲溶液的成分、茶叶粉碎度、浸泡时间、浸泡所用盐酸的浓度、温度、茶水比例等方面研究最佳的测定条件为在室温下,用0.10 mol·L-1的盐酸浸泡粉碎过的茶叶,配成茶水比例为1 g茶∶50 mL水,浸泡1 h.

Abstract:The fluoride of tea water were determined by the use of fluoride ion-selective electrode.Soaking condition was also an influence factor in the determination.The purpose of this paper was to select the best way by comparision of some factors,such as the composition of buffer solution,the reduction ratio,the time of soaking,the hydrochloric concentration in using,the temperature,the ratio of tea and water.The conclusion: at room temperature,soaked with 0.10 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid had crushed tea,dubbed the ratio of 1 g tea∶50 mL water,soak for one hour.
