| Abstract: | The rice, specially in south China, is accounting for the major proportion in the people daily life diet. The content of iron in rice was immediately determined by spectrophotometric method. The method is simple, fast and accurate, to instructed the people reasonable edible rice to make up iron and to provide the reliable theory basis further developing the rice product. |
