Abstract: | ![]() Thermodynamic data on interaction of Cu(II), Ni(II), and Co(II) with silica modified with ethyleneimine are obtained by calorimetric titration. The amount of ethyleneimine anchored on silica surface was estimated to be 0.70 mmol g−1. The enthalpies of binding Ni(II), Cu(II) and Co(II), are −3.59 ± 0.001, −4.88 ± 0.001, and −7.75 ± 0.003 kJ mol−1, respectively. |
