摘    要:利用双螺杆挤出机进行了尼龙6阴离子开环聚合反应的研究,通过改变引发剂及活化剂的浓度、螺杆转速、机筒的温度分布以及螺杆元件构型的排布等,研究这些工艺参数对尼龙6反应挤出产物性能的影响。结果表明,反应挤出的尼龙6综合机械性能比水解缩聚法生产,且具有较高的性能价格比。

Abstract:In this article, an experimental study of nylon 6 anionic ring-opening polymerization is carried out in a twin-screw extruder by use of newly developed pretreatment facility and extrusive equipment for reactive extrusion. By varying some process parameters, such as concentrations of initiator and activator, magnitudes of screw speed, temperature profiles along a barrel and arrangements of screw elment configuration, the effect of the reactive extruded products of nylon 6 are discussed, and the- corresponding mechanical properties are measured. Experimental results show that the properties of nylon 6 resin by reactive extrusion are better than those by conventional condensed polymerization, and new nylon 6 resin has higher performance-to-price ratio.
