摘    要:介绍了国内外双壳类、腹足类和头足类软体动物精子超微结构的研究概况.软体动物精子为鞭毛型,由头部与尾部组成.大多数种类其头部均由顶体与精核构成,不同物种之间头部的形态结构差异主要表现在顶体的有无、大小与形态,精核的形态及横径与纵径的比例,核前窝与核后窝的结构等方面;精子尾部分中段与尾段,中段线粒体的数目与排列方式在不同软体动物中存在着明显的差异,尾段结构的复杂化程度及其衍变规律同样具有种属的特异性.精子在一定程度上显示了物种的进化特征,对不同种类软体动物精子超微结构进行比较研究,能为软体动物的系统分类及亲缘关系分析找到新的线索.

Abstract:Recent progresses of study on sperm ultrastructure of Bivalve, Gasteropod and Cephalopoda were introduced. It is pointed that the structure of spermatozoa of Mollusca seems well developed, including clearly two parts: head and flagellum (tail). However, there are marked differences in each part of different species and genera. For example, despite the existence of acrosome, the size and configuration of acrosome, and the configuration of subacrosomal space; the morphological differences of nucleus exist in the proportions between cross and longitudinal diameters, as well as the configurations of front nuclear pocket and posterior nuclear pocket. The tail is comprised by middle piece and tail piece. Morphological differences in the tail of different species and genera mainly lie in the number and morphology of mitochondria, and the complicated degree of tail piece. The comparative study on acrosome, subacrosomal space, morphological configuration of nucleus and tail will provide new clues for the analysis of taxonomy and kinship of different Mollusca.
