| Abstract: | Presented is the analytic solution of both the parameter equation of localization center and the localization depth of fringes of wedge interference,analytically researched is the dependence of the localization center and the localization depth on the factors such as angle of incidence,angle of wedge,relative refractive index between two media,position of the light source.The result can be served as the guidance of the location of clear wedge interference. |
