摘    要:研究了用热重分析仪进行石墨成分分析的方法,摸索了仪器的适宜分析条件,并对试验结果进行了讨论。针对仪器系统误差对挥发分测定的影响,采用一无线性回归对测量数据进行了校正。方法的精密度和准确度试验证明,用热重量法可有效地应用于日常检验工作。

Abstract:It was reported that by the use of TGA-601 thermogravimetric analyzer (Leco), various components of graphite (including moisture, volatile materials, ash and fixed carbion) could be determined simultaneously and automatically with a single sample, and 19 samples could be analyzed in a batch. The optimum conditions of operating this analyzer were tested. It was found that in the determination of volatile materials in graphite, there were deviations between the results obtained by TGA-601 analyzer and those obtained by GB standard method and corrections for systematic errors arrised were necessary. The results obtained by the TGA-601 analyzer were corrected by amending the regression coefficients a and b in the linear regression equation y i=a+bx i. Eleven samples of different volatile material contents were analyzed both by TGA-601 analyzer and GB standard method, and the corrected values of a and b were calculated statistically by regression analysis. It was proved that the instrumental method could be used effectively in routine analysis.
