| 摘 要： | 用苯基荧光酮 -溴化十六烷基三甲基铵分光光度法测定了治疗胃炎中成药物中锗含量。结果表明 ,用该法测定药物中的锗含量 ,摩尔吸光系数ε =1 0 9× 10 4 L·mol-1·cm-1,线性范围0 0 50～ 0 2 50mg·L-1。 7种药物中锗含量较丰富 ,为临床合理用药提供了有用数据
