摘    要:本文在邻二氮菲光度法的基础上,引入导数光谱峰面积技术,对微量铁进行定量测定,该方法避免了有关离子的干扰,提高了准确度,用之于面粉、奶粉和肝等食品样品分析,所获结果令人满意。

Abstract:A derivative spectrophotometic method is described for the determination of iron in foods,using phenantroline as chromophoric reagent.The peak area of the 2nd derivative absorption spectrum from 505.11 to 521.77nm is proportional to iron concentration.Compare with other methods,its accuracy is higher,and result is more satisfactory.
