针对首届＂高等教育杯＂全国高等学校物理基础课程青年教师讲课比赛,就如何上好一堂课,从宏观角度,介绍了5个方面的全局内容;从比赛的目的、意义出发,讨论了应该以赛促改的3个方面;从把握教学细节出发,论述了能够以赛促教的4个方面问题.最后,期盼同行,牢记使命和要求,矢志不渝,将教室变成欢乐的＂求是＂殿堂!

OVERVIEW THE OVERALL SITUATION,PROMOTE TEACHING BY COMPETITION AND IMPROVE THE TEACHING QUALITY ENDLESSLY --THOUGHT AND EXPERIENCE ON THE FIRST NATIONAL LECTURE COMPETITION OF COLLEGE PHYSICS FOR YOUNG TEACHERS

For the 1st national lecture competition of the ＂Higher Education physics for young teachers, this paper introduced five aspects about how to give from a macroscopic perspective. Starting from the purpose of the competition, Cup＂ college a good lesson we discussed the three aspects, which should be promoted to change by this competition. Starting from the teaching details, we also discussed four aspects to promote teaching problems. At last, we hope the persons in the same occupation can keep the mission and requirement in mind, persist in the ambition, and turn the classroom into the festive ＂seeking truth＂ palace.
