对宁波大学本科生身体形态和机能的评价

采用９４年度宁波大学全体本科生１８６０名（男１２７０名，女５９０名）有关身高、体重、胸围和肺活量的测量数据与９１年全国样本相比较，用ｔ检验比较９１届本科生１９９４与１９９１年所测上述四项体测数据之间的差异，测定结果分析表明宁波大学学生肺活量与机能指数低于全国样本，差异非常显著。９１届学生９４年比９１年胸围、肺活量有明显增加，但９４年肺活量的均值仍较全国样本低。提出学生今后应加强长跑、游泳等项目的锻炼，以增加肺活量，进一步增强自身的体质。

APPRAISAL OF FIGURES AND FUNCTIONS OF UNDERGRADUATES OF NINGBO UNIVERSITY

Comparing data collected from our measurement of the heights, weights, busts and vital capacities of 1860 undergraduates of Ningbo University in 1994 with the national samples of 1991,and also comparing by T Test the difference between data for the 4 items collected in 1991 from 1991-grade undergraduates and those collected in 1994, the result analysis shows that those students' vital capacities and functions are remarkably lower than those of national samples.Although in 1994 busts and vital capacities of 1991-grade students were evidently better than in 1991, the mean value of vital capacities obtained in 1994 is still rather lower than that of national samples.lt is pointed that students should do more physical training in long-distance running and swimming, etc. to increase their vital capacities for better physiques.
