| 摘 要： | 肠内营养粉(维沃)在临床上主要用于危重病人和术后病人的营养支持,其所含的微量元素对于病人的生理机能起着及其重要的作用。采用硝酸作为消解液,利用微波消解的方法处理肠内营养粉,原子吸收光谱法测定K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu和Zn八种元素的含量,方法的标准曲线线性关系良好(r=0.999 2～0.999 8),回收率(n=6)在97%～103%之间,RSD值(n=6)在0.46%～1.12%,能用于肠内营养粉多种金属元素的同时测定。该法具有检出限低、灵敏度高、快速、准确的特点,用于实际样品测定的结果令人满意。为此类药品的质量控制提供方法上的保障,为临床合理用药提供数据支持。 |
