Escape rate of two-dimensional electrons on liquid helium surface |

| Abstract: | Escape rate of two-dimensional electrons on liquid helium surface is measured. A strong dependence of the escape rate on the surface electron density suggests that the surface electron system is in a “liquid” state. |
