摘    要:利用^13CNMR数据证实了在低磺化剂用量下脲醛树脂的磺化改性仍可发生,并对磺化脲醛(SUF)树脂制备过程中的羟甲基化、缩合、磺化及缩聚等各步反应机理进行了探讨.明确了SUF树脂的^13CNMR谱图中各峰位所对应的结构单元,认为3个未知峰的出现与磺化改性得到的一些新结构单元有关,并对它们的结构进行了推测.通过对比不同磺化和缩聚反应程度下得到的SUF产物的^13CNMR数据,对磺化和缩聚反应后某些结构的出现和消失进行了解释.

Abstract:It was confirmed with the ^13C NMR data that the sulfonation of urea - formaldehyde resin could still occur even at low dosage of sulfonating agent. The reaction mechanisms of hydroxymethylation, condensation, sulfonation and polycondensation in the resin preparation were investigated with these data. The ^13C NMR peaks of SUF resin were assigned to corresponding structural units, and three unknown peaks were considered to be related to some new structural units formed during the sulfonation, and their structures were suggested, The occurrence and disappearance of some structures after sulfonation and polycondensation were explained through comparing ^13C NMR data of different SUF products at different reaction stages and with different sulfonation degree.
