纳米SiO_2/尼龙6复合材料动态拉伸力学性能

摘    要:纳米复合材料可以显著增加基体材料的某些性能,为了研究其在不同应变率下的力学特性和纳米颗粒的改性效果,利用拉伸式霍普金森拉杆实验装置对纳米SiO2/尼龙6复合材料进行了动态力学实验,以及讨论了应变率效应和纳米颗粒含量对基体的影响和纳米材料的增强机理.结果表明:纳米SiO2颗粒对尼龙6基体具有增强效果.

Abstract:In nano-composites,the nano-sized particles can enhance some performance of the matrix.In order to study the composites’ mechanical properties at varying strain rates and to investigate the modification effects of nano-particles,the dynamic mechanic experiments on nano-SiO2/Nylon 6 composites are carried out by means of split Hopkinson tensile bar.In addition,the influences of strain rate and nano-particles on the properties of matrix are discussed.In the end,the enhancing mechanism of nano-materrials is analyzed.The results show that nano-SiO2 has reinforced the mechanical properties of Nylon 6 matrix.
