The ν₁ bands of ³²S¹⁸O₂ and ³⁴S¹⁸O₂ from infrared-microwave double resonance

Abstract:	Effective band constants for the ν₁ bands of both ³²S¹⁸O₂ and ³⁴S¹⁸O₂ have been determined from infrared-microwave double resonance spectroscopy. These results allow conclusions to be drawn over the processes involved in previously reported experiments with CO₂ lasers and oxygen-18 samples of SO₂.
