烟草烘丝尾气收集液分级装置构建与评价

摘    要:本文构建了一种基于FLASH色谱技术的烟草烘丝尾气收集液的分级装置。该装置采用阳离子交换柱、阴离子交换柱和大孔吸附树脂柱串联的方法分级烟草烘丝尾气收集液,优化分离条件,结合气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)分析对烟草烘丝尾气收集液分级装置进行评价。结果显示,烟碱吸附于732型的阳离子交换树脂中,而717型阴离子交换树脂和AB-8型大孔吸附树脂富集了乙酰基吡咯、二氢猕猴桃内酯、β-二氢大马酮等烟草中的多种致香成分。


The Construction and Evaluation of a Device Used for the Classification of Drying Exhaust Collecting Fluid
Abstract:Tobacco drying exhaust composition is complicated,which contains lots of volatile components in tobacco,affecting the final tobacco aroma and taste.The classification of drying exhaust collecting fluid is helpful to further research and application.We constructed a classification device based on FLASH chromatography to recycle the collecting fluid of tobacco drying exhaust by combining multiple chromatographic columns in series.After optimization of separation conditions,we evaluated the decivce by combining with GC/MS.Nicotine and active ingredients from drying exhaust were separated and enriched in different columns.Nicotine was adsorbed and enriched by 732 cation exchange resin,and various aroma components of tobacco such as 2-acetylpyrro,dihydroactinidiolide,β-damascone were retained by the 717 anion exchange resin and AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin.
