| Abstract: | A class of endoprimitive rings is defined which contains all strongly prime rings and all weakly primitive rings. These rings are characterized in several ways and various facts about strongly prime and weakly primitive rings are generalized. An analog of the Jacobson radical is defined which is shown to be a normal radical lying between the Jacobson and Levitzki radicals. |
