摘    要:研究了六氰合亚铁酸镍修饰电极对单胺类递质及其代谢产物的催化机理,首次以该 电极为色谱电化学检测器,对8种物质进行了分离测定。同时,将微渗析活体取样技术与高 效液相色谱一电化学检测联用测定了SD大鼠脑尾核处的单胺类递质及其代谢产物,并研究了 Ca2+浓度对脑中递质的影响,拓展了电分析化学在生物活体分析中的应用范围。

Abstract:In this paper, we prepared a nickel hexacyanoferrate (NiHCF) chemically modified electrode (CME) and discussed its mechanism of the electrocatalytic oxidation to monoamine transmitters and their metabolites. The separation was performed on a C18 column with an eluting system containing phosphate buffer (pH = 5. 0) and methanol. A ed linear relationship was found between the concentration and peak heights of the monoamine transmitters and their metabolites from 10-8 mol/L to 10-5 mol/L. We coupled microdialysis sampling techique with LC and determined the monoamine transmitters and their metabolites of caudatum in freely moving rat. At the same time, we also studied the effect of Ca2+ on the transimmitters.
