化学发光检测在微流控芯片中的应用综述

摘    要:综述了近年来化学发光检测在微流控芯片中的应用.指出微流控芯片(又称为"芯片实验室"或者"微型全分析系统")因具有小型化、集成化和自动化等特点而在近20年来日益受到关注,而化学发光检测具有仪器结构简单、背景噪音低、操作和维护成本低等优点,非常适合用作微流控芯片的检测手段.

Abstract:A review is provided of the application of chemilumineseent detection for mierofluidic chip in recent years. It is pointed out that microfluidic chip (also known as "lab on a chip" or "micro total analysis system") has increasingly attracted attention in the past two decades, due to its advantages including miniaturization, integration, and automation. Besides, it is also suggested that chemiluminescence detection has the advantages of simple facility, low background noise, and low costs for operation and maintenance. This makes it feasible to adopt chemiluminescence detection as a suitable detection technique for microfluidic chip.
