摘    要:
溶胶-凝胶色谱柱有很强的热稳定性,在升温过程中,固定相的流失很低,且有很长的柱寿命与之相比,静态法涂渍及用自由基引发交联反应使固定相固载化的传统色谱柱在柱温远低于溶胶-凝胶柱使川温度的条件下,固定相明显流失且柱寿命短。

Abstract:
The thermal stability and life-span of sol-gel capillary column for gas chromatography are investigated.It was found that the sol-gel capillary column has excellent thermal stability and long life-span.The loss of the stationary phase in the course of increasing temperature is very low.A sol-gel capillary column that has been used continuously for years still possesses satisfactory separation performance.Compared with the sol-gel column,the loss of the stationary phase(i.e.the static-coated and free-radical-cross-linked phase)of the conventional capillary chromatographic column is significant even at a much lower temperature.In addition,the chromatographic performance of the conventional column deteriorated considerably after using for a period of time.
