AlCl3/Al-MCM-41 催化剂上萘与丙烯的烷基化反应

摘    要: 采用两步气相法制备了 AlCl3/Al-MCM-41 催化剂, 在浆态鼓泡床反应器中考察了其催化萘和丙烯烷基化反应性能, 并通过粉末 X 射线衍射、N2 吸附-脱附、吸附吡啶红外光谱及化学分析等方法, 表征了载体的物化性质及催化剂表面酸性. 结果表明, 在萘与丙烯的烷基化反应中, 具有与 2,6-二异丙基萘 (2,6-DIPN) 分子动力学尺寸相匹配的孔道和适当的-O-AlCl2]担载量是提高 AlCl3/Al-MCM-41 催化剂活性和选择性的关键, 其中以较大孔径的 AlCl3/H/Al-MCM-41 催化剂活性最高, 在 0.1 MPa, 85 oC 反应 5 h 时, 萘转化率达 82.1%, 2,6-DIPN 在 DIPN 中的摩尔含量达 32.2%.
