Abstract:Twenty five thiazoline compounds were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and 1H NMR technique. The molecular structure of compound 4f was confirmed by XRD. The antibacterial activities of the compounds were tested in vitro. It was found that the substituted phenylaminothiazoline, e.g., compounds 3b, 3c and 3e exhibit excellent activity against Phoma asparagi in dosage of 50 mg/L( inhibitory ratio 100%), while 3b and 3c give the analogues results against Gibberella zeae at the same concentration.
