Synthesis of N6-substituted adeninyl-9-β-D-glucofuranuronosides

N₆-substituted adeninyl-9--D-glucofuranuronosides have been obtained by the condensation of trimethylsilylated 6-aminopurines with 1,2,5-tri-O-acetyl-ß-d-glucofurano-6,3-lactone.
