摘    要:本文报导一台200MHz 12W平均功率的CW锁模Nd:YAG激光泵浦源,输出脉宽约100ps,能够可靠地长期稳定运转。

Abstract:In this paper, we report a 200MHz 12-W average-power CW mode-locked Nd:YAG laser pump source. Resonator configuration is a flat-convex thermal stable resonator for a large-volume fundamental mode..To maximize the power extraction from the laser rod, we find the optimum transmissivity of couplingmatch optput mirror with 9%. Output pulses-width of laser are-100ps and can operate reliably long-term steadily. Under the condition of the KTP intracavity-doubled Nd:YAG laser, the output mirror is replaced with one having 99.8 percent reflection at the fundamental wave, a KTP crystal and a focusing lens are placed inside the laser resonator. In order to achieve maximum frequency doubled output powers, the relative position of the crystal and lens must be determined and the beam radius within the doubling crystal was ~50μm, Average CW mode-locked frequency-doubled output powers of 1.2W were achieved.
