Solutions to the time-dependent,forced quantum oscillator equation in the coordinate representation

Time-dependent creation and annihilation operators are derived which are used to obtain exact solutions, in the coordinate representation, to the time-dependent, forced quantum oscillator equation. The solutions are used to obtain a general formula for the transition probabilities, valid for any time-dependent force.
