| 摘 要： | 本文采用pH指示剂吸光度比法测定喷昔洛韦钠原料药的含量,并与紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法两种方法进行了比较。该法简单、准确、快速、灵敏且重现性好,有应用前景。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, pH-indicator absorbance. ratio method was used in determination of penciclovir Sodium. The result was compared with the UV and HPLC method. This method is a simple,accurate, rapid , sensitive , and can be widely used in the future. |
