| 摘 要： | 采用流动注射分析技术，研究了在酸性介质中碱性品红与亚硝酸根的反应，用自制的微机化流动注射分析仪准确控制反应时间，利用非平衡法原理，优化了实验条件，建立了测定微量亚硝酸根的新方法。线性范围为０．０～５．０ｍｇ／Ｌ，分析速度达每小时测定３６次。应用该法直接测定煤矿塌陷湖水、鱼塘水、电厂废水和地下水中的亚硝酸根获得满意结果。

| Abstract: | The reacton of nitrite with basic fuchsin in acid medium was studied by flow injection spectrophotometry Teh experiment conditions are optimized Anew analytical method for the determination of trace nitrite based on non-equilivrium principle is established using self-assembled and computerized flow injecton analyzer The linear range for nitrite is in 0.0~5.0mg/L,analytical sped is 36/h The method was applied to direct determination of nitrite in collapse lake water fishpond water ,power plant waste water and well water with satisfactory results |
