摘    要:研究了Eu,Gd,Tb对化学还原法制备非晶态NiB合金催化剂的加氢及抗硫性能的影响。Eu,Gd,Tb的加入可提高NiB合金的催化活性和抗硫性。其原因是稀土元素与NiB合金间存在的相互作用。NiB合金催化剂的活性中心与还原态的镍及镍=硼-氧物种有关。

Abstract:Amporphous NiB and NiBRE alloys were prepared by chemical reduction method. The effects of Eu, Gd, Tb on the catalytic activity and sulfur resistance of amorphous NiB alloy were studied. Results indicate that the addition of a small amount of RE improves the activity and sulfur resistance of amorphous NiB alloy because of the interaction between RE and NiB alloy. It makes the oxided nickel species and Ni B O species reduced more easily and difficultly, which increases the number of active sites. It also changes the strength of absorbing bond and decreases the activation energy for benzene hydrogenation over NiB alloy. The results also indicate that the active sites of NiB alloy are related to the reduced nickel species and Ni B O species.
