Symmetry features of the energy bands of SiP2 with the pyrite structure

Results on the structure of silicon diphosphide are examined. The space group T _h ⁶ (Pa3) is used to derive the matrices for the irreducible representations of the symmetry groups for all types of wave vectors in the Brillouin zone.
