摘    要:分析了自动复叠制冷循环的特点和R600 a/R23混合工质的特性,并在此基础上对循环系统进行优化,搭建了试验台进行循环降温特性的研究,在合理简化的基础上对试验结果进行了分析。并给出了制冷循环的空间压-焓图。

Abstract:The characteristics of auto-cascade refrigeration system and R600a/R23 mixture are discussed in this paper.Based on this,an optimized two-stage auto-cascade refrigeration system adopted with R600a/R23 is fabricated to study the characteristics of temperature change while the system cooling down.The test result is analyzed based on reasonable predigestion,and the flow diagram of refrigeration cycle is shown on space lg(p)-h chart.
