Abstract: | We propose a kind of chaotic system based on electro-optical oscillator with varying parameters, the results show that the system can enter chaos with a low gain, and can hide the delay time effectively. Furthermore, the system is more complex than the general one (with higher Lyapunov exponents and dimension). The system can achieve synchronous communication with information rate 10 Gbit/s, in 400 km optical fiber transmission distance. Furthermore, we find the system is more sensitive than the conventional system when the delay time is mismatched. |
