丹皮酚类化合物及其生物活性研究进展

摘    要:丹皮酚,即2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯乙酮,为一种天然酚类化合物,分离于毛莨科植物牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa)的根皮和萝藦科植物徐长卿(Cynanchum paniculatum)的全株。由于丹皮酚特有的酚酮结构骨架,现代生物科学研究表明其具有广泛的生物活性。本文概述了丹皮酚的提取与合成及其生物活性,重点介绍了丹皮酚类衍生物及其生物活性。丹皮酚农用生物活性广谱,可作为开发新农药的先导结构。将丹皮酚研发成高效低风险小分子绿色农药符合社会发展需求,此方面研究值得重点关注。这对促进我国的新农药创制、农作物病虫害防治及提升现代农业的高科技含量均有积极的科学和实际意义。

Abstract:Paeonol, 2-hydroxyl-4-methoxyacetophenone, is a naturally occurring phenolic compound, isolated from the root bark of Paeonia suffruticosa and the whole plant of Cynanchum paniculatum. Due to its crucial phenolic ketone skeleton, modern biological science research has indicated that paeonol has a wide range of biological activities. This paper summarizes the extraction, synthesis and biological activity of paeonol, and mainly introduces the derivatives of paeonol and their biological activities. Paeonol has a broad spectrum of agricultural biological activity, which is in line with the lead structure of developing new pesticides. The research and development of paeonol into the high-efficiency and low-risk small-molecule green-pesticides is in line with the needs of social development, which should be paid more attention. This research will promote development of new pesticide and provide positive scientific and practical significance in crop pest control and high-tech content of modern agriculture.
