摘    要:以乙烯基吡咯烷酮为单体,二乙烯基本为交联剂原位聚会制备出有机多孔高聚物OPPLOT-R型毛细管柱,对柱子的色谱性能进行了评价,考察了水以及载气中的O2,乙烯基吡咯烷酮含量的变化等对柱性能的影响,并对柱子的分离机理进行了初步探讨,最后给出了一些分析的实例。

Abstract:A porous polymer capillary column was prepared by in-situ polymerization of di vinylbenzene (DVB) and vinylpyrrolidone (VPD). The performance and separation mecha nism were investigated. The column efficiency slightIy decreases with increaslng content of VPD in polymeric stationary phase. The influence of water and trace oxygen in carrier gas on the column performance was examined and found that this column can be used directly to an alyze organic cornpounds in water. The column has long durability, if the operation tempera ture is below the decornposition point of polymer and the carrier gas used is without oxygen.The column is useful in separation of C1~C9 hydrocarbons, oxygen-containing additives in gasoline, mixture of apolar and polar compounds.
