建立我国中小企业技术创新管理服务体系的设想

中小型企业是推动我国经济快速发展的重要力量，与大型企业相比，他们有着更为强烈的技术创新意识，同时也面临着更大的技术创新风险和困难。文章在阐述现阶段中小企业技术创新面临问题的基础上，提出了建立中小企业技术创新管理服务体系的设想，旨在能为改革中小企业技术创新宏观环境提供参考

The Conception to Build Management Service System of Technological Innovation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China

Small and medium-sized enterprises are important forces promoting the rapid development of economics in China. Compared with large-sized enterprises,they have much stronger desire for technological innovation. In the meantime,they are also faced with greater technological innovation risks and difficulties. Based on the problems that small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with in innovating at present,this article puts forward the conception of building management service system of technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises. The purpose is to present reference for improving the macro environment of technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
