摘    要:由于5s壳层的屏蔽,Tb3+离子的4f电子跃迁产生的发光,其波长受基质的影响很小,而发光强度却与基质材料、Tb3+离子的浓度有密切的关系。Tb3+离子激活的硅酸盐发光材料在专利中曾有报导,但Tb3+离子在ⅡA、ⅡB族硅酸盐中的发光行为尚未见报导。我们在过去工作的基础上,合成了Tb3+离子激活的ZnO-SrO-SiO2发光材料。

Abstract:Luminophores of (Zn-Sr)2SiO4:Tb3+ were synthesized at high tepsperature using SrCO3, ZnO, SiO2, Li2CO3 and Tb2(C2O4)3 as raw materials. Optimum conditions, judged by the relative intensity of illumination, were found by orthogonal design, i.e.1200℃, Zn:Sr=0.75:0.25, SiO2=3.0 mol, Tb=0.1 mol. The properties of the product has been examined by means of x-ray powder diffraction and fluorescent spectra.
