摘    要:随着红外技术的发展,在其光学系统中,锗材料的应用日趋地多。大口径锗材料在应力、均匀性和作为光学零件要求的精度上,对加工者都有一定难度。本文介绍了目前国内口径最大(Φ256mm)的多晶透镜的加工方法。从零件的特点及技术要求到加工工艺、磨具选择、抛光机理等均有叙述及分析。最后,提出进一步改进加工工艺的设想。

Abstract:With the development of infrared technique,the aplication of Germanium(Ge)get more and more in optical systems,There are some difficulties for opticians to get large Ge material with small stress and good homogeneity and to meet the precise requirements of optical elements.The processing method of the largest poiycrystalline lens(Φ256mm)up to now in our country is presented.The fea-tures and technicai reqiurements of element,processing technology,the choosing of tools as well as the polishing mechnism are related and analysed,Atlast,some tentative ideas to improve proessing technol-ogyare glven.
