| Abstract: | The 13C-NMR. spectra of one natural and ten semi-synthetic cannabinoids were analyzed in detail. Assignments of the signals are based on their chemical shifts, splitting patterns in 1H-off-resonance decoupling experiments and comparison with 13C-NMR. data of related cannabinoids. With some compounds final assignments were made by selective 1H-decoupling experiments and incremental calculations. |
