三唑酮的气相色谱分析

摘    要:研究了三唑酮的气相色谱分析条件 ,选择以 10 %SE 30为固定液 ,ChromosorbW (AW DMCS)载体填充的色谱柱 ,选择邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为内标 ,采用内标标准曲线法作为定量分析的方法 ,相对标准偏差 <0 .94 % ,线性相关系数为 0 .9990 4 ,加标回收率在 10 0 .1%~ 10 1.9%之间。方法简便 ,快捷 ,重复性好。

Abstract:Analytical conditions of GC analysis of triazolone were studied. The chromatographic column was packed with 10% SE 30/Chromosorb W(AW DMCS), and the hydrogen flame ionization detector was used. Dimethyl phthalate was used as internal standard in the quantitative determination. Testing on a sample containing 10 60% of triazolone, gave a RSD value of 0.94%. Recoveries obtained by the standard addition method were in the range of 100.1% to 101.9%. Based on the data of internal standard curve, the following linear regression equation was obtained, Y=1.05108X +0.03513. The correlative coefficient of this equation was found to be 0.99904.
