摘    要:基于嵌段共聚物共混自组装方法, 将聚苯乙烯-b-聚环氧乙烷(PS-PEO)与聚苯乙烯-b-聚-2-乙烯基吡啶(PS-P2VP)在乙醇-氯仿混合溶剂中进行混合, 并诱导其自组装, 在改变PS-P2VP中各链段长度、分子量以及链段比例的情况下, 得到了一系列形貌和尺寸不同的自组装纳米结构, 并采用原子力显微镜研究了PS-PEO与PS-P2VP的混合比例对自组装纳米结构的影响. 结果表明, PS-P2VP的加入改善了PS-PEO在乙醇-氯仿混合溶剂中的溶解性, 其本质是通过PS-PEO与PS-P2VP的共同自组装, 形成了可在溶液中稳定分散的纳米自组装结构, 改变PS-P2VP的分子量和嵌段比例, 进而对纳米自组装胶束尺寸和结构进行调控.

Abstract:Blending of block copolymers is a convenient and versatile method to control the self-assembly structure of block copolymer. The self-assemblies of the polystyrene-block-polyethylene oxide (PS-PEO) and polystyrene-block-poly-2-vinyl- pyridine (PS-P2VP) blends is studied by Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) in ethanol/chloroform mixtures. The influence of PS-PEO/PS-P2VP blending ratio on the self-assembly structure is investigated. Also the influences of chain length, molecular weight and blending ratio on the self-assembly structures of binary PS-P2VP blends is investigated. The results show that the introducing of PS-P2VP improves the solubility of PS-PEO in ethanol/chloroform mixtures due to the formed stably dispersed self-assembly structure in the solvents by the co-self-assembly of PS-PEO and PS-P2VP, and the self-assembled micelle size and structure of the blending system can be controlled by changing the molecular weight and the chain ratio of PS-P2VP.
