| Abstract: | The magneto-optical properties of Co-Mn spinel ferrite thin films vary according to the manganese content, the degree of oxidation of mangenese ions, and microstructure. Thermal treatments allow the magneto-optical performance to be increased while maintaining small crystallite size. |
