摘    要:高分子材料流变学对高分子加工工艺、成型设备以及模具的设计具有至关重要的指导意义,是高分子材料相关专业的必修基础课程。本文简介了流变学的发展概况和在青岛科技大学的开课情况,并总结了作者在工科专业学生的教学实践中针对具体内容的教授技巧与经验,提出针对本科阶段的学生应该着重介绍流变学的基础知识和基本原理,并注重理论和实践的有机结合,通过流变测量仪器的原理分析和高聚物加工成型工艺的流变学剖析来进一步阐明流变学基本概念和原理。

Abstract:The course of polymer rheology is very important for designs of polymer processing parameters,equipments and molds. It is a critical basic course for polymer discipline. In this paper the development and the course of polymer rheology in Qingdao University of Science and Technology were briefly introduced. Some teaching skills and experiences in lectures for students of engineering discipline were discussed. It is pointed out that, for undergraduate students, the basic concepts and basic principles, which are crucial, should be emphasized. It is also important to combine theory and practice in teaching process. The concepts and principles of Rheology could be easier to comprehended when exhibiting them in the design of rheological measurement instruments and typical processing of polymers.
