微胶囊碳酸氢钠合成工艺及热分解特性的研究

摘    要:利用环氧树脂(EP)对碳酸氢钠(SB)进行包覆合成微胶囊碳酸氢钠,通过红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热计(DSC)和热重分析仪(TG)等表征手段,分析了合成反应温度、环氧树脂与碳酸氢钠的质量比对微胶囊碳酸氢钠的结构、表面形貌特征以及热分解特性的影响。结果表明:当反应温度为70℃,环氧树脂与碳酸氢钠的质量比为1∶5时,碳酸氢钠的改性效果较理想,表面形貌比较规整,起始分解温度由118℃提高至154.9℃,分解温度区间从46.3℃缩短到24.8℃;使用微胶囊碳酸氢钠制备的微发泡聚丙烯材料,发泡质量较理想。

Abstract:Using epoxy resin(EP) to coat sodium bicarbonate(SB) to synthesize microcapsule sodium bicarbonate, Through infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), scanning electron microscope(SEM), differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and thermogravimetric analyzer(TG) and other characterization methods, the synthesis reaction temperature, the quality of epoxy resin and sodium bicarbonate were analyzed the structure, surface morphology and thermal decomposition characteristics of microcapsules sodium bicarbonate. Results show that the reaction temperature is 70℃, the quality of the epoxy resin with sodium bicarbonate ratio of 1∶5, modification of sodium bicarbonate effect is ideal, the surface morphology is neat, the initial temperature from 118℃ to 154.9℃, decomposition temperature range from 46.3℃ to 24.8℃. The micro-foamed polypropylene material prepared by using microcapsule sodium bicarbonate has better foaming quality.
