摘    要:在紫外光(UV)激发下,系统地研究了REBO_3(RE=La,Gd,Y)中Sm~(3+),Ce~(3+)和Bi~(3+)的发射光谱、激发光谱及其发光强度与组成、结构的关系.结果表明:Ce~(3+)、Bi~(3+)均可敏化LaBO_3中Sm~(3+)的发光;而在GdBO_3和YBO_3中,只有Bi~(3+)能敏化Sm~(3+)的发光,Ce~(3+)猝灭Sm~(3+)的发光.本文还探讨了三种基质中Sm~(3+)发光浓度猝灭的机理.

Abstract:Under the excitation of UV light, the emission and excitation spectra ofSm3+, Ce3+ and Bi3+ in REBO3(RE = La, Gd, Y) arc investigated. The relationships among emission intensity, composition and structure arc also investigated. The results obtained indicate that Sm3+ emission is sensitized with Cc3+ and Bi3+ in LaBO3 but only with Bi3+ in GdBO3 and YBO3. Gd3+ acts an intermediate role in the energy transfer from Bi3+ to Sm3+ in GdBO3 host. According to the concentration quenching theory and concentration dependence on luminescent intensities of Sm3+ in LaBO3, GdBO3 and YBO3 under the excitation of 406nm, it has confirmed that the mechanisms of concentration self-quenching of Sm3+ arc electric quadrupolc-quadrupolc, dipole-dipole and dipolc-quadrupolc interactions respectively.
