| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱-内标法研究了克林霉素磷酸酯合成工艺的后处理过程.结果表明在克林霉素磷酸酯的浓缩过程中高温下会有少量分解,故应对浓缩温度及时间进行控制.

| Abstract: | Studies of posttreatmentin the synthesis of clindamycin phosphate by HPLC coupling with internalstandardare carried out. It is indicated that clindamycin phosphate decompose slightly in high temperature during the concentrating process in solution. So the concentrating conditions of the solution of clindamycin phosphate should be controlled. |
