| Abstract: | The fabrication process of glass and glass microsphere for laser cooperation target was studied. The effect of glass microsphere on the property of the laser cooperation target was also studied. A special equipment and technique was developed. Based on the technique high property glass microsphere for laser cooperation target was fabricated. |
