摘    要:在5 kW鼓泡流化床实验装置上,利用床层压差和温度的变化作为判断床层粘结失流的依据,以小麦秸秆成型颗粒作为研究对象,进行了燃烧温度、床料粒径和流化风速对失流时间影响的实验研究。实验结果表明:失流时间随着燃烧温度上升而缩短;流化风速增大,失流时间增长;床料粒径对失流时间影响不明显。对粘结物进行了SEM/EDX和XRF分析,分析结果表明,Si和K元素形成的熔融物对床料的粘结起重要的作用。
