超导共面波导带通滤波器的设计

摘    要:本介绍了采用共面波导间隙作为阻抗变换器而设计的Chebyshev型带通滤波器。通过电磁模拟计算分析了共面波导间隙的归一化阻抗转换参量,在此基础上设计了高温超导薄膜共面波导带通滤波器,并对设计的滤波器原型进行了模拟和优化。

Abstract:A Chebyshev band-pass filter of coplanar waveguide (CPW) structure is designed by using gaps as the impedance inverters. The values of the inverters realized by different CPW gaps have been calculated using electromagnetic simulator software. Based on this, design of a 3-pole Chebyshev CPW filter using YBaCuO thin film and its optimized performance has been presented.
